The design is quite simple. The main components are:

* 100W LED

* small heatsink with a fan

* boost regulator

* switch

* 3S lipo battery

I didn't take photos of the build, but I'll start with the light disassembled and explain it.

Components:
A. Polycarb mounting plate B. 50x10mm fan C. 3D printed picatinny brackets D. Boost regulator E. Switch F. 100W LED mounted on 50x50x20mm heatsink G. 3D printed battery bracket H. Fan attachment clips I. 3S 2200 mah drone battery J. 4-40 screws K. Battery straps
The first thing I did is attach the LED permanently to the heatsink using thermal epoxy.
Next I drilled and tapped some holes in the side of the heatsink, and drilled and countersunk matching holes in the polycarb mounting plate.

I used 4-40 flathead screws, which I cut to length using a screw cutter.

Lucky for me, the outer fins of the heatsink are perfectly square with the bottom surface.
Next I attached the fan to the heatsink. To do this I used some wire clips I made out of paperclips.

Paperclips are surprisingly useful material to have around!
